Classroom Interaction & Feedback:

Classroom Management:

Address behavior issues individually: Handle discipline problems by yourself instead of punishing the entire class, and maintain positive relationships with students.

Build excitement for content: Preview the most engaging aspects of lessons and content to capture students' interest from the start.

Offer choice in demonstrating learning: Provide opportunities for students to showcase their knowledge through open-ended projects that cater to their strengths and learning styles.

Parent Communication:

Share progress and areas for improvement: Communicate student progress, highlighting both achievements and areas for growth, using data to support observations.

Offer actionable suggestions. Provide parents with practical suggestions and resources to support their involvement in their child's education.

Focus on future goals. Communicate with parents about future-focused steps for their child's development, like exploring potential college pathways or career interests.

Administration Communication:

Share student data and insights. Provide administrators with data-driven insights regarding student performance, highlighting areas that align with school-wide goals and initiatives.

Participate in school committees and leadership roles: Teachers may take on leadership roles within the school, such as committee membership or subject-level team leadership, to contribute to the school's overall mission.
